The Day started out FREEZING at 24 Degrees and then ended up being a beautiful crisp and clear day....at 45 degrees...
I had a Seminar for my new job as Site Coordinator at South for the College Dreams Program. When I
got home Sterling opened his presents...new checkered vans, juggling equipment to practice with his unicycle (Always our little geek :) and a rubber chicken from Carson (always our prankster). He was happy and then we all went out for Applebees. The sky is still clear, but with stars instead of blue skies. Sterling had some friends stop by, then went out to the movies. All in all a pretty good day!
I felt sad somewhat with him turning 17...I realize that my time with him at home is limited and can't believe how fast the time has gone by. Just not so long ago he had his head full of white curls and rolls of baby fat. Just a mom reminiscing......

What a great day! I definetly can wait until my boys grow up. Today I had a vision of all three of them as teenagers sitting around the dinner table joking with each other and I just about started crying. Sterling is such an awesome kid! You hare an awesome mom!

wow cant believe he is 17 I remember the fat rolls and curly hair also makes me feel old. we love you and glad you had a great day LOL us.
I LOVE YOUR KIDS!!! They are all so adorable, and so good!! What a handsome 17 year old he is!! It's a good thing I'm not 17 with this one:) hehehe!!! I'm glad he had a good birthday!!!
