A trip to Brookings Harbor and Harris Beach

Sterling took the day off work to spend time in the sun with the kids...I think he really enjoyed himself and so did the others.
I know that I needed the time away. The coast always does the trick!
Check out the waves...Carson played in the surf all day~

The sunset was beautiful and we stayed til dark~
Jordan had a great time and has enjoyed the week off...Fall Ball starts again next week~

Carson is all about living at the beach~

The Gang after a sun filled day in Brooking's OR

Kennedy~ a sunbathing beauty!

We have so much fun living near the coast and we plan to spend another day at the beach before summer is over.....

Pacific NW Championship

Well, Jordan's team made it undefeated until the semi-finals and they lost. It was a great job though. They played wonderful through these past 3 weeks. Jordan made some great plays and was in the newspaper (which it will not let me load) making a super catch against Laramie, Wyoming. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, but a bit of a let down not to make it to the World Series. We will see next year.....

Sad, Sad, Day...9-14

It's a sad, sad, day! Jordan's team lost today...They play tomorrow at 9:00 am. They lost to Idaho Falls 9-14. They were ahead the whole game until the final inning, and the IF team went batting crazy. But they are still in it and we will see how they do tomorrow. Hopefully they will not lose their heads. Keep your thoughts with the team...

Third Game Win 7-4 Wyoming

So, here it is...Jordan's Team is still winning in IDAHO. Can you believe it? They won against Wyoming 7-4. Friday they play Idaho Falls, who is suppose to be the toughest team. Wish them luck! I think they will play Meridian, Idaho on Saturday...I am still unsure...and then hopefully to the World Series in Virginia. We will have to wait and see. :)

Sterling is still in Provo at EFY. I pick them up in Portland Sat. night. He sounds like he is having fun...

This is so exciting! Jordan is now in Meridian, Idaho, playing in the Pacific NorthWest Regional BabeRuth Championships. The won their 1st game on Monday against Beaverton 5-1...had a bye on Tues. and went to the Water Slides...And today, Wed. at 9 am played Montana and won 8-6. Jordan said it was not their best game. Maybe the day off. But they won and are now playing Wyoming thurs. at noon. So stay tuned to see what is next....He may be traveling to Glen Allen, Virginia. His Grandpa lives in Virginia...Maybe he will see him too.
