A Very Merry Christmas...
We had a nice Christmas! Christmas Eve the kids went with their Dad and I wandered around for most of the afternoon. Then I settled, got Chinese food, a good chick flick, and movie popcorn.
Christmas morning we got up to a beautiful tree, cocoa, and Christmas music...
After they opened their stockings and a few presents, we went to Mom and Jim's....
Erica and Karee's families were there, Kayla, my kids, and the grandparents.
It was a nice day full of games, movies, and puzzles.
I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas Day and your new year is the best ever...

Christmas 2007 pictures of Kids
Looks are deceiving...
These pictures were taken right before church today...I missed Jordan because he already left, but will get with him later. Everything was good, we went to sacrament meeting, and as I was listening to a really good speaker, Kennedy stood up and covered her mouth. NOT A GOOD SIGN! Puke was bubbling out of her mouth, all the way out of church. To make matters worse, I think the two people next to us, were visitors! Anyway, we left church, but not before, Heidi, Lori, and Susan helped us. Thank you Ladies!
So I guess we will see which is first in the throw up marathon! Yikes! I have to work!
Sterling offered to stay home with Kennedy tomorrow. I am working all day, so hopefully I will not be sick! Good Luck to all of you and I hope you stay well! We had no warning! Eewwww!

Jordan in the Seahawks game..
Here is Jordan at the Seattle Seahawk Game for the Punt, Pass, and Kick Competition. It was a bittersweet event. Jordan did great and had no competition but 1 other kid. It was neck and neck until the end, with Jordan beating him by only 2 feet. We were ecstatic and all the other kids congratulating him. When it came time for the awards, the announcer called Jordan the second place finalist. The 1st kid and Jordan just sat there a moment uncertain what happened. Later, when we asked what had occured, the people went back and then after spending some time, told us that they gave an additional penalty to Jordan on him punt of 5 feet. The video I took does not show him over the line, so we truly feel like he won. Jordan felt bad, but it was a wonderful experience that he was able to go and be on the field.
Jordan did win the passing and kicking, so he was able to do both of those events on the field at half-time. He wa on the jumbo screen and his name in lights. He got to kick the final field goal and made it. Pretty great for him. And a fun trip all around!

Going to Seattle and Visiting the Cousins
Hey there...
Well, this past weekend we went to Seattle and visited with Colleen, Sam and the kids. We had a good time and saw Seattle, and took the kids to the Pacific Science Center. They had a great time. We also took a drive to West Seattle and over in U-District to look at the Christmas Lights. All in all, a great weekend! Sunday, I went to meet with Jordan at the Seattle game...But I will post that next...
